Carss Park beach!!!!! I don't really go there alone. we go there with the kids and chill out when the weather is good, otherwise I roam around the flat at night when everyone is asleep.

The movies. It's awesome if you've ever gone to see a movie by yourself and the theater is empty. Only happened to me a couple of times but it was nice.

by the coast. i live in cali and am a short drive from the smells and sounds and feelings that i find most soothing. noplace else gives me such a strong sense of being someplace without flooding me with too much of itself

Underwater... breath holding.
Particularly during cooldown after a swimming workout. I can medidate for about two minutes underwater.

I sit on my roof, when I'm at my dads house.
when I want to be alone at my moms house i just go sit in my closet. (i got a decent sized walk in)
