Republicans would have a death grip on power forever. The powers of the executive branch would be expanded beyond anything envisioned by the original framers of the constitution. Civil liberties would disappear and the powers of the police and the military would be expanded to the point where there would be no restraint on their actions. Social programs that benefit the low and middle-income citizens would be eliminated or slowly allowed to die and the wealthy would get even wealthier. America would get into even more ill-advised pre-emptive wars. The very few news media that did not put forward a neoconservative, Republican view would be marginalized.
Oh wait. All of this has already happened (with the exception of Republican administrations forever, God willing).
