1) Reassure the customer that you will work hard to solve their complaint, listen carefully, return or exchange the product if you are able, or call a supervisor for assistance if you can't solve it yourself. 2) A boss can help with praise for good performance or suggestions for improvement if s/he sees room for correction. Rate yourself as an 8 or 9 and say that you are trying hard to become a perfect 10, but that when someone asks something like, "Does this make me look fat" you doubt they really want total honestly. 3) You accept authority because the other person has experience and is part of the management team, although you would never allow anyone in authority to convince you to do something dishonest like steal from the store because "everybody does it." 4) Perhaps as a child, but not now. 5) It's great to be part of a winning team. It's best when everyone can win. 6) ??? 7) No customer likes to be 'sold' but everyone likes to BUY! If I can find a way to meet their needs, they will buy the product and be happy, so I'm more of a service person, there to serve the customer and suggest things to make her happy. 8) Always trying to do more good and constantly improve, always looking for ways to improve.

Hope that helps.
