well I try to redirect my anger into something productive like exercising, cleaning, making art or start a project, but if its full tilt I'll obsess over my complexion or eyebrows and cause myself problems at times other times I'll call up the " negative" people in my life and let them suck the life out of me.... Fortunately I don't let this happen very often.

Smoke a cigarette, and/or clean. I "angry clean." If I get ticked off, you will hardly ever see a cleaner kitchen or bathroom. I've been known to take dishes out of the dishwasher and clean them by hand.
But if that b*tch was in mah mutha fluckin FACE...!!!

punch the wall and almost break every knuckle i hav but the bad bad hurtin doesnt kick in till after i cool off

I used to take it out on myself, but now I just play music and pretend I'm a rock-star with my air-guitar.
