Don't send them any reply. It is a Nigerian scam. Ignore it, don't lose your money.
Take care.

Distrust all things from Nigeria. Checking it on the internet might get you deeper into the mess because the shysters in that country know you will be checking so take counter measures to ensure that their credentials are there for you to see. So distrust internet connections that authenticate the job.
How to certify it then? Do that through a certifiable agency in your home country. At least you can then see people up front and get the cops onto them if you're suspicious.
Keep all your suspicions alert and functioning. The Nigerian crooks are the finest in the planet.

GTB exists, but if you didn't apply, it is certainly not real.
The phone number given is to a mobile phone. That is one indicator that gives me low confidence in the offer. The address is incomplete (GTB where? In Abuja, in Lagos, or ??).
Moreover, why on earth would GTB need to hire an expat accountant?
Expats are more expensive than locals, and being an accountant is not a managerial position, which could justify expat expertise ... in fact, do you even know Nigerian GAAP?
In my view, it is a scam.

From the way you write & spell, I'm guessing you aren't qualified for the job. If you aren't a CPA and didn't actually apply for the job, its a scam.

I would seriously doubt it. Nigerian offers of ANY kind are usually scams...especially anything over the internet.
