I choose #1 because they can fight each other. Zombies and "Them" are not cool. Aliens are scary. Meteor is too final.

I pick number one. A meteor would wipe out all life in the area it crashed... An alien armada would more than likely be out for world domination... Zombies would want to eat everyone... Godzilla, Mothra, and Rodan always seem to want to fight other giant monsters in the area... This way, they could be fighting each other while all the humans escaped.

hmmmm how abt # 3..i'll always dreamed of fighting the aliens...hehe juust like in the movies...#1. humans will always be crushed to death if godzilla fights ghidorah..wat if mothra or rodan decides to change side...wat if godzilla decides to eat us instead! no way we gonna be able to fight 50ft monsters.....
