I mean can you atleast be a co-holder of a card along with a parent or something?

you can get prepaid credit card with your parents permission. if your parents are ready for it, apply online at: http://www.credit-card-gallery.com/PrePaid_Card.html and get instant approval.

Only if you can get a parent/legal guardian to co-sign for it - basically, THEY become responsible for it if you don't make the proper payments. ANY bank will be able to help you out...

Or you could get something like the "MuchMusic Prepaid Mastercard" - where your parent's put money on it whenever they want to, and you can use it EXACTLY like a credit card ;););)
