Eyes as scientists have synthesized the hormones secreted by the testes so you could still function sexually w/o testicles but there are no substitutes for your eyes.

Eyes. Without them, you couldn't see said testicles and it would be harder to locate them to give your partner pleasure.
Also, a brain is important. If you find one, I suggest using it for yourself. Just hope that no one tells you it's theirs and they want it back.
