i really want to start acting....but dnt know how 2 get an audition 4 a movie or tv show!!!

You have to get an Agent who wants to represent you.
You need head shots, good ones.
You need to try commercials first.

Agents will put you forward for auditions like all the people have said before me.
You don't need an agent , though , to go for open auditions. You can find out about open auditions by buying the Stage newspaper or it will probably be announced on the news if it is for a big film.

You are submitted by your agent.
You need a very strong resume with many acting roles on it.
You need to have studied acting at a school known for training good actors.
You need to have performed in your local community theater for a few years to develop your acting skills.

Sleep with the director.
And taking a hint from the other answerers before me, try sleeping with an agent first.

get an agent and start taking plays. it will be great on ur reseme and ur agent will do they rest.
