printer sharing is done over a network. the software to create a simple network is built into Windows XP (and earlier versions).

i'm not familiar with your hardware and so I don't know if it includes or functions as a switch ... you need a switch function to route info (print data) from one computer to the other.

I take it that both computers can connect wirelessly to the internet at the same time with no problems - right ? If not, you must first fix this.

Then, on the computer with the printer, right click on the printer - go to the "sharing" menu item and share the printer.

On the other PC, go to the printers, add a new printer - and select "a network printer", and follow the steps.

Voila.

On the computer that is physically connect to printer go to control panel > printers and faxes > right click on the printer icon and click on "sharing". Click the option to "share this printer" and okay through the rest.

Go to the other computer on your network and go into control panel> printers and faxs and click "add printer" icon and choose the network printer action and then go through setup process...done.
