How can i send someone a lot of pop-ups?

yep you need to know a website that has alot of them some porn sites do but i cant think of any sites off hand but you do need a adress to send them i had one that shut you down had like 60 but have lost it .it was a real pain only way to stop it was to shut down... look and you will find

First what you do, is figure out how to give yourself a lot of popups. Then email the information to the person.
