I am already divorced, I'm planing to get married and I want it done in the Catholic church, but I was wondering how long annulments usually take

You have to check with the Bishop of the Catholic church you attend. There are several points that must be met before an annulment is granted and then an annulment isn't guaranteed.

One of my in-laws is getting a divorce & an annulment. I don't know if there's a fee but I know you have to be legally separated for a year before you can get legally divorced & once that happens you can get an annulment if your situation meets the church's criteria for this. You'd have to speak to a priest about it.
