Nothing can be studied without basic qualification if u wanna a proper Degree from an Institution. Without basic qualification u can read everything for ur interest n knowledge but it will not help u in getting degree from any Institution.

Indira Gandhi National Open University ( IGNOU ) is conducting correspondence classes, under open University scheme for those who are interested in continuing the education, with out any cap on required qualification, like other Universities. u mean professional degree? no no. some bogus universities offer degree courses like b.a. b,com to people who dropped out from schools after 8th std. study at evening schools complete schooling first.

what prof? if its professor then professors are promoted and its not a degree. its designation in universities
