I would say no way, I had a monkey as a pet when I was 13, I'm now 45. The one monkey pooped and peed all over the place, we tried to put a diaper on it would pull it off and poop all over the place...so an entire barrel of monkeys...no thanks. I loved Binky but he was nasty.

As long as PETA doesn't get ahold of them. Then it would become a barrel of dead monkeys that they slaughtered themselves in gruesome ways so they could blame it on someone else in a fake documentary.

I am leaning towards over rated. Fun the first couple of times, then you lose the pieces and it gets put up on a shelf never to be seen again.

They start out as fun but then start throwing poop at you in typical monkey style. They are not much fun after that.
