That's quality! By no means turbo jammed however it appears enjoyable... Simply don't forget, if u do not lose as much in weeks to come back do not give up. It takes time to see results but set a date like 4 wks from now and take a percentnow and one then and compare... You'll be able to be amazed!

is 3-5 pounds a week

if u lose weight that quick it usually comes back just as fast.i have recently lost weight but that was over a period of 2 months working out and eating healthy.wat has happened to u is not normal.

3 hours a day isn't too much excercise, if you're in the right kind of shape and it doesn't hurt.
I bicycle at least that every day.

turbo jam has been known to cause cancer of the esophagus,
and early deaths among 21 or younger.
i advise you not to use it.

its healthy to loose 1 pound a day,,, no more than that, your doin something wrong and could get yourself seriouslt ill
