My wife who is an excellent cook has a very busy life. The most memorable meal was her first tuna casserole. I do not believe in wasting food so I ate tuna casserole for days. It was the best hot meal she had made....by day five with french dressing as a sandwich....nuff said.
My favorite meal pot roast with those little onions and potatoes and carrots.
She could cook kitty litter and I would eat it.

Breakfast, though I rarely actually eat it, it's the best meal. The sweets and fruits and huge variety of dishes. I love it.

baked chicken, mashed potatoes, macaroni and cheese, creamed corn, black eyed peas, cornbread...you don't have to have all at one time but any of them is good :) And a tall, cold glass of skim milk.
