People with low self esteem or non self esteem do that because they want to be that person so bad.ly or some time they just do that because they just admired that celebrity that they dont mean any harm they just want to be a copy cat.

I think it indicates they have no confidence in their own attractiveness. It creeps me out (and that is coming from someone who doesn't even have any picture in the avatar).
