Remove the spark plug (don't plug it into the cap).
Put the bike in gear and push start it.
That will blow the fuel and any water (drowned) out of the bottom end.

before you try to start it turn the gas off and lay it on its side for about 30 seconds this will get all of the excess gas out of the carb.

by removing the plug or just waiting for the gas to dry up...or holding it wide open when starting

pull it apart clean it up put it back togerther again put clean fuel in it
