Native Americans are the only ones that come to mind. They believe photographs capture the soul and then it is imprisoned in the picture forever.
Also for the person that said something about the Amish. That has nothing to do with soul stealing. They dislike/don't do photographs because its considered being prideful. And being prideful is, for lack of a better word, wrong..to them.

Yes, there are cultures that do believe that.
I personally do not believe that.
However, I do know that a photo, particularly a polaroid photo, provides an excellent radionic witness because it contains both a positive and a negative. Great if you want to do some long-distance healing on someone.

Also, Middle Eastern some parts strictly enforce photographers NOT to take pictures of women even with the heavily clad burkah on.
