my i-pod nano has been syuck from 1hr. so what should i do.?

Sounds like it's locked up - do a soft reset...

Press "hold" to the right (on) for a couple of seconds, and then switch it back to off (left) - then press and hold the "up" and "middle" button for about 10 seconds ;););)

This will reset your player - I have to do this ALL the time when by g/f's player gets stuck in "Disk Mode"

ok...all you have to do is press the menu button+middle button for 7 seconds.
the apple logo will show up and fix it
