Since it's not a standard 10 digit number - (xxx)xxx-xxxx - then it's coming from some place outside of North America...

I tried to find out where it's coming from with a reverse lookup, but I had no luck :(:(

Well. It has to be international (over 10 digits and there is no US area code 639.) 63 is the country code for Philippines.

Why not call it? It might be a 10 digit number followed by an extension.
