Sometimes the rants are amusing.

And actually, at least 50% of the people are trying to either learn about a topic, or are at least willing to engage in rational discussion.

Don't write off everyone just because the trolls are louder.

If it starts to look like a ridiculous rant in the first paragraph I just stop reading and tell them what I think. There is no point in reading 5 paragraphs filled with hate.

Not a bit...We're having a ball and were waiting for you to join us. If you want truth, justice, and altruistc rhetoric, keep traveling. We like our rants, diatribes, and delusions. By your question I would say you're deluded so come on in.

I'm here to learn which blogs are reputable and to find out which way my news sources are biased. As soon as I get a definitive answer, I might just stay for the fun of it! :-)

It's nothing more than a "rock, paper, scissors" game. Just go with it, occasionally you'll get a real question and a best answer. Good luck.

If you take it seriously, go ram your head into the wall it'll be more productive. If you want to have annoymous fun with people you'll never meet and call them on their beliefs and take potshots at each other, welcome home.
