What are your thoughts on Bret "The Hitman" Hart?

It's easy to name all the title accomplishments Brett has had over his storied career, but what about what he meant to the people. Not only a hero to everyone in Canada, but at one time he was the most famous "athlete" in Germany. He stood by his morals no matter how the WWE would spin the stories. He was truly a wrestler who's gimmick (which was basically himself) was bigger than him and the WWE.

He was a very good wrestler. I just wonder what caused him to have the stroke? Did it have anything to do with steroids, maybe? Or was he one of the guys who refused to take them to 'beef up'? Whatever the answers are, he was still one of my favorites!

One of my all time favorites. Great in the ring, great on the mic. And no, I don't pick favorites between him and Shawn Michaels, because he is also one of my all time favorites.
