there is no direct flight from Cagayan de oro to Camiguin

By Sea
There are three ports operating in the province of Camiguin. The main port of entry is in Benoni, with minor ports at Balbagon and Guinsiliban. Balbagon Port links Cagayan de Oro and Cebu, Benoni Port links with Balingoan and Cagayan de Oro, and Guinsiliban Port which also has a roro landing facility links with Balingoan and Cagayan de Oro.

How to Get There

From Manila, you can take direct flights of Philippine Airlines, Cebu Pacific, or Air Philippines to Cagayan de Oro City. Flying time approximately takes one hour and 20 minutes. From Cebu, Cagayan de Oro City is even nearer -- a mere 30 minutes away. One can also take the longer but infinitely more exciting ferry trips from the North Harbor aboard the ships of WG&A, Negros Navigation, and Sulpicio Lines. Depending on the routes (sometimes they stop over at certain ports such as that of Cebu City, Iloilo City or Bacolod City), a ferry trip to Cagayan de Oro City usually takes 28 to 36 hours.

From the Cagayan de Oro City airport, you can take a cab to the bus terminal located at the Agora Market and get on a bus for Balingoan, a town 88 kilometers outside the city. At Balingoan, take a ferry bound for Camiguin Island approaching Camiguin by sea. The trip usually takes an hour before you reach Benoni Wharf of Mahinog, which is 17 kilometers from the capital town of Mambajao.

You can also take a three-hour ferry ride from the Cagayan de Oro Ferry Terminal to Guinsiliban, also in Camiguin on board M/V Yuhum.

There are no flights from Cagayan de Oro to Camiguin. There is a flight to/from Cebu to Camiguin, Mambajao town.

From Cagayan de Oro you take a bus going to Balingoan town for like 1.5 hours then take a ferry to Benoni town in Camiguin.

No flight going to camiguin from cagayan de oro..the airport is just in cagayan de oro and the airlines that land in camiguin which is 3 times a week is only from cebu.if you will go there from cagayan de oro you have to go in Agora which is the bus terminal, there's also some for hire van that you can ride...the fare in regular bus is 84 pesos,i'm not sure how much in van and airconditioned bus. Then you will drop in balingoan..go to their local port/pier and ride a barge...then the barge will arrive in Benoni. From there you can pick whatever ride you want[jeep, motorcycle].email me some information you want to ask especially the fare and wonderful places there..I'm looking forward to go back there again..really like a paradise...have a good time there!!!

No flights from Cagayan de Oro to Camiguin. You should travel to the area where you take a ferry to Camiguin. If I am not mistaken, the take-off point is called Binone (?).

From Cagayan de Oro, just take a bus bound for Butuan City and tell the conductor you'll get off in Balingoan, 1.5 hours away from Cagayan de Oro.

From the terminal, the pier is just walking distance. Board a ferry going to the island. When you reach the island, transportation is not a problem.

I don't think there's a flight from Cagayan to Camiguin. You can only take a boat ride from cagayan to camiguin.

travelers can take the airline’s Manila-Caticlan (Boracay)—Cebu—Camiguin flight and enjoy what all three islands have to offer – all with the convenience of having just one ticket.

Another way of reaching the volcanic island of Camiguin is to take the trunkline route Manila-Cebu via other domestic commercial airlines, and then from Cebu’s Mactan International Airport, hop onto SEAIR’s 35-minute Cebu-Camiguin flight. SEAIR now serves the Cebu-Camiguin-Cebu route every Wednesday, Friday and Sunday and even offers chartered flights on your preferred dates

G'day Doclester, Thanks for your question. I haven't worked there or lived there. I understand that it is an island province of the Philippines. Clairealgarme has developed a travel plan describing it as an "island paradise". Hopefully, I will be able to visit. Regards
