every time i watch motocross my heart starts poundind ive been bugging my dad for a few days now but i am probably going to have to buy my own i am 12 so there arent many ways to make money so if anyone knows a site that has cheap good dirtbikes or any ways to make money quick PLEASE ANSWER

Hey Lucas,
Lots of good advice above - why not ask a mate if they want to go half on it? You share the running costs and parts bill too, and you'll get the money together much faster with two of you saving.

Dont listen to kr_toronto. You dont need a liscense to ride a dirt bike.
Mow some lawns. Start a paper route.
You can get a good used bike that just needs a little tidying up for about $1,000
