The Birdcage with Robbin Williams and Nathan Lane. Two gay guys in Florida dealing with son who wants to get married and moral far right bigots. The end makes the movie as they dress in drag.

The Birdcage is a lot of fun..Nathan Lane and Robin Williams are great and play well off one another.
Mambo Italiano reminds me a lot of My Big Fat Greek Wedding...no marriage but tremendous interplay between the characters...very funny.
Another Gay Movie...if you can get by Richard Hatch nude...scary...lol
If you like animated work...Queer Duck is fun too.
Pop some corn, plug in the DVD and enjoy!

My favorite gay comedy would probably be 'La Cage Aux Folles'
Edit: The Birdcage? Bah. It's so much better in French! You should watch the original (french) version.

Broken Hearts Club was good. Edge of Seventeen is a great coming-of-age movie. I thought Trick was good, too - Tori Spelling was great in it. There are literally tons of them out there.
