can someone give me some tips on ways to raise ur fishing level faster? right now my fishing lvl is only 7 and i need to get it up really fast and the only thing i have to fish with is a net and a fishing pole but no bait, and the only place i know to fish at is just a little south of lumbridge, the place where the guy is sitting on a bucket!

Ok, so do you know Draynor Village? If u are there is a fishing sport next to the bank. Its really good for low level people. Catch fish from there and put them on the bank.
But the fishing sport that u talking about that is too far from the bank and will take a little while to put fishes on bank.
And after ur fishing level rich 15 u could catch Antalov from there with net! No need to weasting money for fishing baid!!
So go to draynor village and get those fish.

I take it your a nonmember. So I'll give you some better locations.
1st go to port sarim and buy all the fishing gear you need.
2nd go south of alkaharid bank or dreynor bank. There are fishing spots there that are much closer to the bank than the lumbridge swamp one. There's also fishing spots north of the bridge to the barbarain villege if you like river fishing & you can bank in edgeville.

u can get baits by killing zombies, ther higher lvl zombie u kill the higher the amount they drop. n u noe how ot go to varrock? if u noe then go west from varrock middle when u reach lvl 25 fishing to use bait to fish, n get 10 g n go through the gate which is guarded n folo the road to a town, there is a bank there go further in the same direction n u can see the sea. there is another fishing spot there.

If you go to port sarim with a little bit of money you can buy lots of bait, they always have about 1k in stock for around 3 ea. i would stick with bait fishing until you're lvl 20, then get your hands on some feathers (you can buy them in port sarim where you got the bait). the best place would then be the river south of edgeville. fly fishing ftw.

there is another fishing spot just south of Draynor bank, and keep fishing till you can catch trout. then kill some chickens and get a fly fishing rod and go to the place on the other side of river Lum, where the goblins are. then fish trout and slamon, and cook em if you wanna eat em. Thats what i did cause my fishing was like 13. I got my fishing up to 40 then i hit Catherby to fish for lobs, cause northen Karajama doesn't suit me.

Karamja and Barbarian Village are the best places to fish.. just fish at the highest level fish you can. Buy supplies in Port Sarim fishing store, 20gp max, anything u need.

You can fish south of the Draynor bank by the willow trees. Just keep at it - fishing is a profitable skill once you get it high enough. (I am lvl 88 fishing)

You can buy bait at the docks at Port Sarim. Once you can fish lobster than you'll get high fishing. I'm 65 cooking =)

You should go to port sarim to buy fishing bait and then go to draynor village and fish there i started there and i am lvl 67 in fishing now and spends almost all my time there fishing swordies!

At first, fishing levels are very slow. Once you get to about 15, your level will start shooting up. Just be patient until then.
After it shoots up however, it slows down again at around 50.
P.S. 79 fishing.
