I got my first tattoo when I was 17 of a red rose on my ankle. I got that one mostly b/c I wasn't supposed to and b/c I wanted to. I lied about my age and it was so funny b/c the guy asked me real quick what year I was born to try and trick me but I was quicker!!! anyway, I think he knew I was not legally old enough but I was such a cutie!!!!! I also got one this year on my lower back of a black, hot pink and green butterfly and it is huge and hurt like hell, but I ain't no baby!!!!! Wanted 2 cry, but I didn't. ANyway, that's the lastI think.

I don't have any yet but I'll have 7 when I'm done. Rose on my right ankle, a painting I found on my left. some words written on the inside of both wrists, one on each shoulder blade, and a big piece up my spine. I can't wait! I just wish I had the cash for them...

Amazingly, none. I was in the military for 6 years and never got one. There were many times I wanted to get one but I kept getting nervous so I didn't and I'm glad I didn't. My mom and dad were hippies and got 4-5 and they regret them now.

None.

What stops me is thinking of the expense to remove it if I change my mind later. I've changed my clothing styles, my cars, my hairstyles. Why should I settle for a long term ink job on my body.

An aunt had tattoos and when she became older they sagged in all the wrong places so it was distorted.

I have 2- will have three soon. One on my arm- a Malaysian design representing fertility. Another larger design on my lower back also representing fertility. My new one will be yellow and purple irises- some of my earliest memories of being outdoors! Those will be on my upper arm near my shoulder.
