There are so many great movies based off history, or stories that were supposedly from history. Troy, Kingdom of Heaven, Ned Kelly, all those great movies. What historical event, or story, would you like to see turned into a movie? Something that has not been recognized enough maybe? Or something that no one really sees as this big deal? What do you think?

Ha there are so many, lets see, one about Pompeii and the eruption of Mount Vesuvius (Which they are actually making one now with Orlando Bloom, I can't wait), A Movie about the Life of Nefertiti, one about the life of King Tut (another that is supposedly being made) one about Atlantis and life leading up to the destruction (some would have to fictionalized as we don't know quite enough about the true history for a full length movie ... yet), maybe one about Elizabet Bathory (The True Blood Countess, and yes I know they are already making a movie for this one as well), one about the True Count Dracul, Vlad Tepes, perhaps one about Napolean, one about the Black Plague might be interesting, a movie about Ramses the Great would be cool. There are so many more I could list, I love Ancient History (my dream is actually to be an Archaeologist) and Mythology, and Historical (ancient historical) movies are my absolute fave :)

Um...probably the war of the Christians versus the Pagans. LIke on October 13 1307 when the Knights Templar was arrested...just something I think would make a pretty good movie

I would like to see a movie of Cheney and the gang plotting 9-11. A well-made movie accurately portraying how a faction of the U.S. wealth elite planned and executed 9-11 in order to initiate the neocon agenda would have revolutionary implications.

Some of the documentaries on 9-11 are great. What they lack is the imagination that is possible in a movie of providing the who, how and why.

Here's 9-11 Mysteries for anyone who has yet to view one of the 9-11 conspiracy documentaries.

I once heard about an American journalist who once the Japanese invaded the island he was on took him prisoner and tried to make him say that he was wrong about all the negative things he was printing and saying about them. He was telling the truth. They keep trying and even tortured him but he never did. I think that would make a good movie.

Surprisingly, they have not yet made any movie pertaining to the life of Amelia Earhart and what might have happened to her.
