I have seen several plans proposed by Congress, but have yet to see the cut-and run plans that people keep talking about?
can someone give me an example of plan that calls for immediate removal of US troops? Thanks.

Kucinich is the closest -- he wants an immediate withdrawal, regardless of the consequences.

Most advocating withdrawal understand it will take upwards of a year to do it safely and to minimize risk to the troops.

EDIT: Agreed -- Kucinich is not facing reality. Nor is anyone advocating a blind immediate flight.

Any withdrawal, now or later, requires a lot of planning and preparation. Which is why we should start laying down plans now, so we can start the process when we eventually do decide to leave. Whenever that is -- but refusing to even think about it just means we are unprepared if it becomes necessary.

Fortify a an airfield and one by one, troops and machinery will be evacuated, sacrificing a dozen robot tanks to defend the ones living. Assisted by jetfighters the cargo planes will land in your own land. And wala! You've just pulled out.

I can and will. Leave, Get out, Vamoose, It would take less than three months. This other stuff is merely hogwash and propaganda. Look back at the history of warfare and you can plainly see that even the British evacuation of Dunkirk took less time than that.
Divide the country into thirds. Immediately and I mean immediately start rolling toward Saudi Arabia, Turkey, and Kuwait. Leave whatever can't be taken and the evacuation won't take two weeks. That's what's called cut and run. Get the hell out. Anyone who tells you differently is a charlatan and a liar.
