If yer 14 or younger wait a couple of more years, you say this now but you might change yer mind later on ( its more than most people can handle, believe it or not!)

If your like 16 or + then look for a nearby wrestling school, find out the entry age (I heard some wrestling school in North Carolina accepted 16 year olds but if you dont live there then nearby would be recommended) and Raise enough money to get in to it.(Wrestling schools are VERY expensive)

Just so you know, not a good idea to do backyard wrestling if you are dead serious about pursuing a professional wrestling career.

If you are 18 or + which i doubt that you are then what the f**k are ya waiting for! Get a job, save up money, and apply!!!

just wait. That's what i'm doing. I've found the perfect school. and i mean it's perfect. So just look for a school that fits u and stuff and do what u can do at home. Don't try and wrestle though. U shouldn't do stuff at home by urself because u don't know how to land and all that (a trainer told me that from some wrestling school lol) but yea just like work out and stuff and do like me. As soon as i'm out of school i'm moving to start training.

You could look at some local and regional (not backyard) promotions, and try to build a contact network there.

Anything related to competition and show business could be good on a resume too (like, some wrestlers played football before, Stacy was a cheerleader etc).

Maybe have an exercise and diet program to get/keep in shape. Take some ballet, it enables you to know where your body parts are at when you move around and helps in all kind of athletics. Every so often some of the sports shows will mention a lot of athletes ( men and women ) who have taken ballet and they say it helped them greatly. Good Luck.
