I've been proven to float. Once upon a time, I was at a desperate time in my life and was foolish enough to think that death was the only way out of my troubles. I tried to take my life. I woke up in the hospital being told by all logic and science, there is no way I should still be alive. By all rules of modern medicine, I should have died long before getting to the Emergency Room. I learned that we all have our time and trying to decide for ourselves when our time is isn't something we are able to do. I've learned to float no matter how much water life spills on my head. I've learned to accept every drop of sorrow as a refreshing shower from above.

I float-back when I weighed 90 lbs. and took my sr. life saving test, my teacher pretending to drown, could not pull me under the water as she tried to climb up on top of my head as a real drowning person would panic and do. I asked her why as she is stronger than I am and she said some people have a certain layer of fat under the skin that gives them boyancy.
She further said I could float in the oceon for an indefinate time (unless hypothermia or sharks got to me).

well if you keep the air in you, then I float, like when I lay on my back or hold my breath under water, but accasionally do sink, prefer to swim however
