dinner-marinated pork chops stuffed with my cranberry/almond stuffing, fresly cut sweet corn and dinner rolls...served with a Big can of Fosters
dessert-a can of redi whip

for dinner, an Alaskan salmon, barbecued, with wild rice, and steamed carrots. For dessert, it will be Baked Alaska. The theme is, of course northwestern

Herb encrusted chicken breast with a light sauce
fresh steamed green beans with butter special herbs
Fried fresh corn
With home made Yeast rolls
Desert we will have a blue berry truffle

How 'bout chuck roast, garlic mashed potatoes, steamed broccoli and a slice of garlic toast? And then a cup of raspberry-flavored jello for dessert? Choice of drink is up to you...
