I'm not suppose to on the job. But I do. I cross the line, because I don't want someone to feel alone, or they are the only one that something bad has happened to. It's my way of trying to connect with the public that scrutinizes, criticizes us to severely.

Yes, I would, but I couldn't, unless that stranger was about to die, or I was about to die, since there'd be no other way for me to know if I'd ever see them again.
