its off ren and stimpy which if u were a fan heard the great classical music it had! Okay the piece i'm after is after ren (the chihuahua rat lookin thing) says "no sir, but you look like someone who could really use some rubber nipples!" and the camera gradually pans upwards towards the horses head.

I know Im wrong but if I could make a suggestion, it sounded a lot like the opening theme from Beauty and the Beast, I believe by Alan Menken. Have you also tried asking the person who posted it or posting the comment on youtube? Now that you got me curious too, Im still searching for it so Ill let you know if I find it. NVM Cubcur is correct! I just listened to it! =)

It is from Carnival of the Animals AND also from Beauty and the Beast (movie), but I think Saint-Saens got it first.

i <3 ren and stimpy 4life!!!! i know the scene and music you are talking about! but i dont know what its called. look up violin tunes and maybe u can see there.
