Ask yourself how you would like someone to viciously attack your character and beliefs, while they remain respectful and understanding. Everyone has the right to believe what they want - even people you do not agree with. You can state what you believe, but if your goal is to be respectful and understanding, you need to express your own belief, and then drop it.

If your goal is to change their beliefs and character, the best way to achieve that goal is through a good example.

Easy- by only calling yourself understanding while really being cruel and to use your word, vicious.
But then again, calling it understanding would be a lie.
To really be understanding you should probably see that there is more than just the issue of someone else's character- yours.
Be nice. There are too many other mean people. If they don't agree with you, deal. If they do, fantastic.
Love is what makes the world go round.
Would Love viciously attack someone?
Nope.

To viciously attack one needs to lacks respect! So, one may attack with what one views to be true grievances or wrongs which can hopefully be backed by clean logic...! If you use no unnecessarily demeaning words, and keep it professional (not personal) one should be able to achieve maximum effect. Otherwise you have a real problem... and there is not respect to be had!

Viciously attacking someone is very wrong. To tell the truth about a situation you know to be true, to help others, without malice, is OK.

'viciously attack'? Is there an other way? If you know the difference between treating people as ends in their selves and using them to your own ends, then you would not be asking that question.

The Will is positive, the Judgment is negative.

There isn't a right way, because if you viciously attak someone than it is being mean in itself. You can't say something like that without hurting someone's feelings. You have to be careful unless you want to be reported.

By Taking out the "Viciously" and replacing it with virtuously, You cant be brutal and still be respectful. Its an Oxy- Moron in my opinion unless you wish to Annihilate them, which you don't right? You just wish to share your beliefs and dominate the conversation with your intelligence.
