Unless you are planning on rebuilding and customizing the whole car into a show car, it will cost you far more than the car is worth. Fuggedaboutit

You would need: Clutch pedal assembly. linkages, (I would do a Hurst shifter on the floor) a 4 or 5 speed transmission, trans mounts, clutch pack, change your automatic flywheel to a manual pressure plate and throw out bearing. Different drive shaft. I would remove your steering column and swap it for a non automatic. I would also switch the ignition cylinder so you would have the same ignition key. Rewire your neutral safety switch. Some other wiring like back up lights would also have to be worked out. $1000 plus parts.
A good weekend project for me. Do you live in Minnesota?

actually your in luck, those models and years of gm's came with standards in them, see if you can find a clutch pedal assy from the junk yard. I say this without laughing because there wasnt many of them built but, anything from a monte carlo, buick, olds in the same body style, i think its an A body will work. then you just have to find yourself a transmission, clutch assy on so on. the one thing you didnt mention is the engine size because you will need a flywheel for that engine

Got to hang a clutch pedal--thousands to do that--got to strip the dash and interior--then all the linkages and the bearings--buy a shift car and save the money

If it's not something you know you can do your self, its gonna cost you more than what the car is worth. Could cost up to 10k or more, depending on the transmission you use

Take the value of the car.
Multiply it by 10.
Add another $1,000 for safety.
That is how much it will cost.
Why does this stupid question come up almost daily?
