i always think the beatles are the biggest ever but i beleive oasis are the greatest ever

i like the beatles and i do consider them one of the greatest, however the who are good, genesis good in the 80's and U2 are class. A comment about a two piece as a band, does that count? I don't know if i'd get bored typing

Queen. I'd say the Beatles have to be in the top ten but in my opinion, the Spice Girls are better than Oasis.

This is awful! How can it be that nobody has mentioned Pink Floyd? Mind you, Blondie is pretty good. And Queen. And The Doors
As for the Beatles and Oasis, well....
They're bloody brilliant too.
It would probably be Pink Floyd, but Blondie must get a mention for their incredible versitility. Reggae, rap, calipso, punk rock, progressive rock and disco - they had a go at everything.

I would say the best band ever is The Unicorns. They rocked the indie world. but not indie doesn't apply to legendary bands. So then I would have to say Led Zeppelin or AC/DC. The Beatles may be the most known band ever.

Led Zep for me.When Planty and Page started to compete against each other on stage you knew you were in the presence of something special.The Beatles were brilliant song writers and made some memorable records,but on stage they couldn't compete with Zep.Oasis,yeah right,i will take a rain check on them.Hope this reunion of Zep comes off.Stairway to Heaven rules,OK.

Queen !! Nobody could put on a show like Freddy !! 2nd place Pink Floyd what an eye popper they could be thanks to Waters!! The Beatles are great but stage presents was really lacking you couldn't hear them in concert for all the screaming girls!! I miss John and George!!
