Processor does not come with the motherboard, unless specifically stated so, and those will be labled as bundled deals, anyway it is better to buy them seperately. Any of the Core 2 Duos will work with that board, no need to spend top dollar for one of the best, a midrange one will work as it is the video card that is the true heart of a gaming machine. Everything else looks fine.

CPU does not come with mother board....but usually a heat sink does come with the cpu...get the intel core 2 duo...the best (but like $1000) is the pentium core 2 quad.

Everything will work together.

its hard to look at all those specs ... but I would suggest taking a look at the website www.ibuypower.com which builds superior gaming desktop with MANY customizations ... check them out to see exactly what u need/want (in my experience, this website has been cheaper than me spec'ing out the individual parts so i would recommend for less hassle and cheaper price)
