We've had a nasty rainstorm here in FL the past few days. I drove through a rather large body of water yesterday just following traffic and I happen to get stuck. Car just shut off on me and wouldnt start back up. After 2 days of sitting, still wont start. Tried jumping it, still nothing. The battery still works and all power works, lights, radio, windshield wipers etc... What do you think my problem is????

This isn't really an Audi specific problem, and there's some important information missing. First, when you tried to restart after or while in the puddle, did the motor crank? Very important to know. Second, you say it still won't start ..."still nothing"... does that mean it won't crank now? Does that mean it only cranks and won't run even a little bit? Could be the fuel pump quit, but impossible to say without more info. Also, do you have the stock airbox and filter? Have you changed to some intake that's now close to the ground? If not, you're fine, if you did, you're probably still fine. You would need the intake to be submerged for a second or 2, not just splashed in order to cause any engine damage. The element may have plugged up and no longer allows air to flow, but that's only conjecture, since again, you didn't mention if the filter and assembly is stock. If you don't have your issue resolved by now, re-post with more info. Will do what I can.

I think you need to get it towed an Audi dealer or shop that knows Audis. There are some electronics on the floorboard, is your carpet wet?
Probably some electronic part is wet and will need to be replaced or at least dried out.

Champion Audi is very good, but a little pricey...I take my S4 there now, I used to take it to Autobahn Connection down in Ft Lauderdale...as far as your problem, your air filter is probly wet...during hurricane Katrina my buddies car went thru a huge puddle and his filter got wet, he took it out, let it dry, and put it back in and it worked

I hope I'm wrong, but it sounds like you sucked water into the motor. water is not compressable, so it causes loads of bending, breaking, and straining on the pistons and valves. I worked for a couple years as a tech in West Palm, and we saw this repeatedly.

First remove your air cleaner filter check if its wet if so remove your spark plugs and see if you have any water ingress to the cylinders. If you have it will be expensive.
