If they don't rent to a driver under 25 it is because their insurance will not cover an under-25 driver.

25 is the age used by all insurance companies. No one under 25 can operate a vechicle owned by another without the approval from the insurance company. They are added onto the first persons poicy as a driver. This also sets the monthly rates or premiums. State Insurance Commissioner or Secretary

Not true. I rented several cars before my 25th birthday from National and Enterprise, sometimes for business trips and once when my car broke down. Some may charge you more, and some may refuse, but I never actually had one turn me down.

Depending on what city your in, yes. You do need a co signer or it needs to be part of an insurance claim (your cars in the shop getting body work done or is just m.i.a.). Good luck

confident I do and that, too. i will remember issues returned to actual being 3 years previous. I remember putting my doll's laundry on a garments line. My mom even took a image. astounding and the unusual certainty I nevertheless savour doing it basically with my certainly outfits as an grownup.

Normally, that is the way it is. You may be able to find one that will rent to a younger person, but it is not the norm.
