First take yourself out shopping and buy a new outfit. Reserve a table at a restaurant you have been wanting to try for awhile and invite your closest friend or a date, then, buy tickets to a show that you want to see and arrange a meeting with all of your friends either at your place after wards or your favorite local hang out. Just treat y ourself to a big night.
Either that or book a day at a spa and relax.

A day in the spa with a full relaxing treatment. Have a massage, facial, manicure, pedicure and let them fix your hair and make up. You will feel like a new you in your birthday.
