always jip me/ not giving me what i ordered and i ALWAYS need 2 go back and work it out. so........ i wanna report them but....................how? where?

There is usually a "how;s our service" sticker on the window it will give a phone # you can call and tell about what happened

Hi, I reported a complaint to a Friendlys restaurant site yesterday. It felt good to get my grievance off my chest! I found the exact same type of form for McDonalds, included it in a link below. It does include also where your restaurant is located, so they know which location the complaint is placed agaisnst. But see, in the long run, I'm not so sure this will be as effective as talking to a manager at that specific location. Sounds like you should indeed have a major issue with them if this kinda of thing ALWAYS happens...I'd report them too.

The manager of the store is the place to start, inform him that a followup letter/complaint will go to corporate if this is not resolved...
I bet you'll get results...

2005 never again
food was awful
wrote to the web site and complained no answer
will never spend a dime at this place ever again.
that is the best solution.

Ask for the number of the Owner of the Franchise. if they wont give you that ask for a customer service # they usually have those all over the place...

if the manager isn't going to do anything...email the corporation
