im just wondering at what stage my baby will engage this is my second im 36 weeks pregnant 37 this sunday & not sure if its happened yet but there seems to be alot more room between my breasts & top of tummy then there was before say a couple of days ago. my breasts seem more evident than before.

my second has been engaged for a few weeks now - I'm as far as you - i have been reading everywhere that with your second (third, whatever), you don't engage until right before labor. didn't know that.....

Your baby probably has already engaged. Don't believe the old wives tale that second babies don't engage until right before delivery, some do. I am 36 weeks and my baby has already engaged. I asked my doctor about it and he said 'yes she has!' Your baby is getting ready to make her/his debut! I am excited for you, good luck!

anytime ... i hadn't up until this last friday .. where I started getting cotnractions and lots of pressure inmy hips for aabout 3 days ..
since then pressure and achy poopy feeling.
I am 38 weeks pregnant now. It happend almost a week ago!

It should be happening anny time now. From what you're describing, it sounds like it already has. If you can breathe easier too, that's a good indication.

i've read that you don't normally drop with your second child, just your first... but i never did with my daughter and now with bb#2 i'm 32weeks and i've already dropped! so yea it's possible.
