do you have an air compressor or have access to one? If you do, try this: Stick a piece of hose down the filler neck, make sure it is way down into the tank. Put the other end into a gas can. Now take your air compressor with a blower nozzle wrap a rag around it and stick the whole thing into the filler next to the hose you already have in it. the pressure from the compressor will force the gas in the tank up and into the gas can.

Good luck, Make sure you have a good seal!

Suggest you add a can /bottle of Dri gas to absorb any water in tank, only thing that may clog is fuel filter, nothing else. If tank is full should be OK but suggest that you run for at least half an hour at idle to refill lifters with oil, they tend to bleed down after sitting that long. That will make it run rough, rec. change oil asap. Fuel filter should be changed every 36000 miles

Insert a tube and a pump into the tank, pump out the gas, and store it in a portable (clean) container. It's not rocket science.
