Not during World War II...the only firearms that would shot two bullets at once would be european-style hunting shotgun. A machine gun cannot be designed as shooting two bullets at once because the firearm cycles for each shot : ie, loading, chambering, locking, firing, unlocking, extracting, ejection.
I remember having read year ago a description of a german air-air gun...it was an assembly of several 15 or 20mm barrels, loaded each with ONE cartridges. the firing was electrical and all the ammo would be fired simultaneously...but it was doomed as unsuitable for combat use. Here, once again, it's not just a gun but rather an assembly of several gun.
After the war, in the 50s, US Army developped a "duplex" round for the M-14 rifle, in 7.62mm NATO caliber (known as the M198, experimental T314E3). It can be seen in the FM of the M14.
Basically, two 84 grains balls (lighters than regular ammo) were loaded, one behind the other.

There were weapons that fired more than one bullet at a time but they were not in WW II. The "Duckbill", a 19th century percussion weapon with 3-5 barrels fired all with one percussion cap. Some of the cap-and-ball revolvers of the 1800's had a nasty habit of flashing from one cylinder to another and discharging more than one cylinder with a single pull of the trigger. The pepper-box revolver of the same vintage was known for the same problem.

Two or more bullets simultaneously? No. There were machine guns that fired very rapidly. And there were mounts that held more than one automatic weapon and fire them all together. But that was a battery of several separate weapons, not one weapon firing two rounds together. Really the only weapons that fire two round together are bouble barrel shotguns, or combination guns. But for military purposes this is not beneficial. It means two or more barrels and firing mechanisms. But a machine gun delivered the same effect with one mechanism and barrel and did it repeatedly.

Machine guns delivered multiple rounds very quickly but only 1 at a time...seemed like they were firing multiple rounds at the same time as they were delivering 500+ rounds per minute - todays M16A assault rifles on automatic can deliver upwards of 20 rounds per second
