Brazil is used to winning allmost everything so ofcourse wen they loose its not cuz they where playing bad its allways something else, they have to stop being sore loosers, atleast when argentina looses they know they lost and they accept it or any other country for that matter.

Honestly almost any time Brazil doesn't win the world cup...it's a fluke. Brazil is and always has been the most talented football nation on earth. They don't always play well as a team.
Now if the WC was really designed to effectively determine the best team....say a season where each team plays the other 4 times. There is no way Brazil would ever be other than first.
That said. I'm not Brazilian and I don't root for them. You just have to give credit where it's due. They have the best talent, they also have the worst team work and coaching. If your country beat them be happy for the fluke and acknowledge it doesn't mean you're better....it means you caught a break.
David loses to Goliath 99/100 times....he just had a lucky throw that day.

When other teams haven't achieved as much as yours, and your team is regularly ranked higher than all the others, you start to think you should be able to win every tournament. England thought this during the first half of the 20th Century -- they thought they were so good, they didn't even need to send their team to the World Cup! Of course, the best way to overcome this arrogance is to defeat it on the field, which the world did to England in 1950. If the Brazilians ever start to regularly lose, they'll have to be quiet and do some serious soul-searching. Look at England, look at Uruguay.
Right now, though, Brazil has such a huge population of extremely skilled footballers, every performance as poor as the one they gave in Germany 2006 should be blamed on mismanagement. And, to my mind, for a country with such a fantastic tradition of success, mismanagement is just as shameful as playing without creativity or without heart -- maybe worse.

Recent failures aside; the truth is Brazilians ARE the best footballers alive. That's why people take pride in beating Brazil it is an accomplishment. Nobody cares if you beat the US because yor're suppose to; if you lose to the US is it not seen as a shameful thing. Granted the Brazilians are cocky and overbearing and have no modesty. But you can't deny their skills.

Oh, come on. I mean, yeah, the coaches come up with excuses when they don't win so that they might save their job and avoid being disgraced, but historically, with the insane talent that Brazil has produced, the country CAN realistically expect to win most World Cups.
But to answer your question, Brazil is over-confident because they are insanely talented and the country demands perfection from its team.

No explanation, and you have a valid point. I have heard excuses in 74, 78, 82, 86, 90, 98 and now last year... it is annoying.
