Aquarius and Pisces can be a compatible relationship as long as the Aquarian shows the Pisces person that they do love them. I've always been physically attracted to Pisces females because they're so beautiful, soft and stuff. But the relationships never work. I married one and we've been happily separated for over 4 years. I'd love to try to have a relationship with an Aqua chick. The stars cannot and do not influence human behavior at birth.
Most stars (apart from the Sun) are hundreds or thousands of light-years away. There is no way for a star to "know" that you're being born, and send out some kind of signal that will reach you in time. Signals cannot travel faster than light, so the signal would take hundreds or thousands of years to reach you. In other words, you'd be dead by the time the signal arrived.
The fact of the matter is that the light you see from the stars is hundreds or thousands of years old by the time it reaches you. It cannot be possibly custom-tailored to the time of year on Earth.
Furthermore, there is no statistical correlation between personality type and date of birth.
