i would imagine so they gave away impressivly detailed content on GTA IV. Rockstar Games is probably thinking the opposite because it'll promote their sales.

Actually, the only statements have been "downloadable content" for the XBox 360. Nothing was mentioned about exclusive. I'm sure the PS3 will have the same or its own mods for GTAIV. It'd make no sense for Rockstar to give to one and not the other, bad business.

Sony are probably a little irked, but considering how much it cost Microsoft it'd better be worth it. Especially with the delay.
Either way the actual games will be virtually the same, a Rockstar developer was at pains to explain in a recent interview i read, so i guess until we know what and how worthwhile the downloads will be, ...

Ok, for one thing, Sony doesn't own the 360.

Rockstar first agreed to make GTA IV exclusive to Sony, but once they saw that PS3 wasn't selling, they made it so Microsoft would help them push their game.

So, Rockstar agreed at first, not Sony.

But yes, they have to be pissed.

they better be.
Xbox Live service is much better and less of a hassle or Rockstar.
