My boyfriend is nearly 18 years old, but he respects my decisions when it comes to sex as i'm only 14. He says he's willing to wait as long as it takes, however this makes me love him even more and wonder if i should finally have sex with him. I am aware of the precautions we would need to take, and the risk of getting STDs so it has been thought about and isn't just a mere spur-of-the-moment idea. We have been together for 2 years and i know that we definitely have something special. I was just wondering what you thought. Do you still think we should wait? 'Cos he promises he won't mind.

This guy seems decent enough ..
Not many 17 [going on 18] year old guys would wait for that long for sex ..
However i do think that if he is willing to wait yhoo should take full advantage of it.
After all, how amazing would it be to say to your husband on yhoor wedding night ..

"I have saved the best present for you all these years, something that no other person can have."

Keep yhoor virginity =]

Yhoo will be wishing you had in years to come if yhoo do have sex now.

Who knows, maybe yhoor boyfriend WILL be the one yhoo marry =P

Good Luck xx

The guy will probably leave you. And why the hell are u 14 dating an 18 year old, that is not gonna want to wait forever and it is not right that girls always want guys that are so much older than they are, that junk is illegal why cant people these days stick to being with people their own age.And u think that stuff would be embarrasing for the guy going with a girl that younger than himself and his friends must not know about you.

14 is too young. I'm only 14 too, and i think it's way too young to be doing things like that. This sounds like your boyfriend is a good guy if he respects your decision, so take advantage of oyur time being young, dont try to grow up to fast.. im not :)

First of your 14 years old, and he is 18, it is illegal... You by law can consent and he is considered an adult and by the way your stupid for asking this, and maybe you need to go talk to your mom and dad... and seriously, do not have sex until you can consent which is 16...

I know it is hard to wait, but it is the right thing to do. You are very young, in fact too young to be having sex, or even make decision about sex. where are your parents??

He is right to wait, so should you, right now if you had sex. your parents could file statutory rape charges, you are to young for consensual sex what is the rush...I suspect the age difference is going to cause you some problems in the near future, like when he goes off to college....

Look, if mom and dad find out you have sex, it's jail time, as they can push for statutory rape charges and have it stand up.

DO NOT HAVE SEX! Do the smart thing and say no.
